Employee Spotlight

This week we are highlighting Stephen at Goodhue Boat Company in Wolfeboro. Stephen Cole is a Wolfeboro dockhand who started at the beginning of the 2022 season. Stephen is a father of 5 with 7 loving grandchildren. He and his wife, Nancy, spend their summers in Wolfeboro and their winters in the Florida Keys. Over 48 years as a laborer, general manager and finally owner of the bridge building company E.D. Swett Inc., working hard outdoors has been in Stephen’s blood. This is something Stephen demonstrates every moment on the clock at Goodhue. His self-motivation and persistence should be emulated by all who have the opportunity to work alongside him. In many ways, Stephen is the backbone of the rentals department who left his valued mark on the 2022 season. We give a big thanks to Stephen and all employees who work hard every shift.
